Spirit is a 10 year old 13-13.1hh pony. He is great with all riders. For someone just starting out or for someone a little more experince. He is ridden both English & western. He is also broke for harness. He is AWESOME at barrels & poles, or if you like something a little less thrilling he makes a nice pleasure horse. Spirit is broke to jump up to 2 feet. I could see him jumping up to 2'3' with a little work. He has tons of show expernice . We started showing him when he was a year old. Would be great for someone who is going to their first show. My younger sister also used him in a jumping camp not to long a go. Perfect not a sound out of him. We have taken him on trails though the woods, across the roads ect... We used him to give pony rides at birthday parties, family get togethers' ect... Loves the water, he would swim all day for you, or stand there all day for you to bath him. He does have a little problem in the canter, once in a blue moon if you ask him for a flying lead change, he might buck going into it. Nothing big, just got to know how to ride him though it. We never thought anything of it as we just always sat there thinking nothing of it. Could bring him out of it with a little work. Or if need to change his lead bring him back into a trot then ask. I use him all the time for my friends who don't know how to ride, but wanted to ride with me. Does pick feet, trailer, tie, bath ect... Reason for leasing is because I am too big for him now & he just sitting out in the field and hates it. He is a happier boy when he is being worked with. Can be snoopy and loves to untie himself. or get into your pocked. Is always the first to meet you at the gate or go on the trailer.
